More than 40 Busy Bees colleagues from across the globe have been selected to embark on a prestigious international talent exchange programme to Asia.
The successful educators have begun their three-week journey where they will visit Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia.
There they will spend time working within local Busy Bees nurseries, exploring the latest global trends in early years care and education, and collaborating on innovative projects.
The all-expenses paid trip brings together Busy Bees colleagues from across Europe, North America, Canada, Asia, Australia and New Zealand from October 14 to October 31.
Emma Langford, European People Director for Busy Bees, said: “We are delighted to offer this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to nine of our dedicated colleagues this year. As the only Early Learning Provider offering such a programme, this is a unique chance for our team members to expand their knowledge, share best practices and contribute to early years projects.
“The team members have been chosen in recognition of their commitment and dedication that they bring to Busy Bees and the difference they make to our Busy Bees families. We wish them all the best on this rewarding journey they are about to embark on!”
The Talent Exchange Programme aims to give Busy Bees employees hands-on experience of early years care and education operations in another country, as well as sharing international best practices and different working cultures.
Gary Tan, Regional Senior Manager for Busy Bees Asia, added: "It is my pleasure to warmly welcome our Talent Exchange Programme delegates to Asia. Our centres and staff in Asia are thrilled to exchange knowledge, ideas, and culture with this group of talented individuals, and we cannot wait to meet each of them in person.
"Their diverse perspectives, skills, and experiences will undoubtedly ignite meaningful connections, inspire innovation, and foster a rich exchange of talents. I look forward to witnessing the transformative impact of this programme and for Asia to build networking relationships with the delegates and their territories."
